Classes, Camps, and Workshops
Our Education Department’s mission is to leverage theatre education as a tool to enhance students’ social-emotional skills, such as problem-solving, leadership, communication, self-control, emotional management, and more. Read more about our classes here.
We offer classes, camps, and workshops for ages 3 and up all year in acting, singing, dancing, improv, theatre design and tech, and many additional special topics based on demand. Scholarships are available.

School Residencies
We can design a series of classes to fit your needs and explore areas of theatre, or other disciplines, by using drama techniques. Residencies can range from a single meeting to multiple weeks to an entire school year. The classes can take place during the school day or as an after-school or community-based drama enrichment program.
School Field Trips
SCCT offers field trip opportunities to schools at a low cost of $10 per person – all students, teachers, chaperones, and bus drivers wishing to watch the performance need a ticket. There must be a MINIMUM ratio of 1 adult for every 15 students.
This program has been made possible, in part, by BMW Manufacturing Company LLC in partnership with the Metropolitan Arts Council.
